Tianyi Quan'an R&D Team Expands; AI-Native R&D Management System Fully Operational

Starting from 2026/9/15, Tianyi Quan'an's R&D team welcomed multiple new members across material formulation, process engineering, and other research directions. The company simultaneously deployed an enterprise-grade AI collaboration platform to establish an AI-native R&D workflow from the outset of its organizational setup.

Starting from 2026/9/15, Tianyi Quanan's R&D team welcomed several new members specializing in material formulation, process engineering, and other research areas. Upon joining, each member received a clearly defined project assignment. Two new material research initiatives were launched simultaneously: enhancing the thermal shock resistance of inorganic thermal protection coatings and developing organic silicone rubber-based composite thermal protection coating formulations. These efforts further strengthen the company's technical reserves in thermal protection materials.

Notably, Tianyi Quan'an deployed an enterprise-grade AI collaboration platform while expanding its team, establishing an AI-native R&D workflow from day one. New hires immediately join the AI-collaborative environment: the company has built a domain-specific knowledge base and expert AI agents for thermal protection materials, enabling efficient literature review, data aggregation, and experimental design. The R&D project management dashboard is now live, providing end-to-end digital tracking of tasks, experiments, and knowledge retention.

In team building, Tianyi Quan'an evaluates candidates based on learning willingness, learning ability, and work attitude. We advocate closed-loop execution and goal-oriented workflows, reject ineffective internal competition, and encourage long-term growth alongside the company. By leveraging "lean teams + AI tools," we continuously improve R&D efficiency to support parallel project execution.

Currently, the Tianyi Quan'an R&D team is steadily expanding across three core pillars: advanced materials, simulation equipment, and intelligent inspection, with multiple projects progressing in an orderly manner.
