On 8 12, the Tianyi Quan'an (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. team conducted an on-site inspection at the Jiashan Haining Jianshan Science and Innovation Park, focusing on its infrastructure development. As a key industrial innovation platform in Haining City, the park features comprehensive transportation facilities, standardized factory buildings, and high-quality industrial services, providing strong support for the establishment and operation of high-end manufacturing enterprises.

During the visit, the team thoroughly inspected key infrastructure including factory building structures, power and water supply systems, environmental protection facilities, and logistics corridors. They expressed strong approval of the park's overall planning and construction standards.

Connect deeply with industry-leading enterprises

At the Jianshan Science and Technology Innovation Park, the Tianyi Quanan team held in-depth discussions with leading enterprises in the aerospace sector. The dialogue focused on practical topics including application requirements, technological trends, and industry collaboration for high-temperature thermal protection materials in spacecraft, launch vehicles, and aircraft engines.

Through these discussions, Tianyi Quan'an gained deeper insights into downstream customers' latest needs for thermal protection in extreme environments, providing key guidance for the company's product iteration and market positioning. All parties agreed to strengthen collaboration moving forward, jointly advancing the development and upgrade of the aerospace thermal protection industry chain.

Acceptance of Phase I Construction at Production Base

Tianyi Quanan's extreme-heat-resistant materials production base is located in Building 7, Phase 2 of the Jianshan Innovation Park. During this visit, we also conducted acceptance inspections for Phase 1 of the production base. To date, Phase 1 has completed basic renovations, with partial equipment installed and commissioned, preliminarily meeting production requirements.

This facility will focus on producing the company's self-developed high-end thermal protection composite materials, covering core product lines such as ablation-resistant coatings and high-temperature insulation materials. In the short term, the site will achieve stable supply of kilogram-scale products, meeting the urgent demand from aerospace and high-end industrial customers for small-batch, high-performance thermal protection materials.

The completion and launch of the Tianshan Sci-Tech Park production base marks a major milestone in Tianyi Quan'an's efforts to industrialize its propulsion technology. Leveraging this opportunity, the company will continuously optimize manufacturing processes and expand production capacity, progressively scaling from kilogram-level to ton-level supply capabilities.
